Hebron Offshore Oil Platform Produces First Oil

On November 27th, 2017, Hebron offshore oil platform successfully and safely achieved its first oil. Hebron has hit a very important milestone and a month ahead of schedule. The platform is currently drilling one well but is hoping to reach full capacity in coming years with 20 – 30 wells producing 150, 000 barrels of crude per day, according to ExxonMobil.

U.S. DOT Part 40 Final Rule- Will this affect your workplace?

The U.S. Department of Transportation has made a final rule effective January 1, 2018. This rule added four semi-synthetic opioids (i.e., hydrocodone, oxycodone, hydromorphone, oxymorphone). It also added methylenedioxyamphetamine (MDA) as an initial test analyte and removed the testing for methylenedioxyethylamphetaime (MDEA), while amending the name from opiates to opioids.

Court rules in favor of Suncor: Random Drug and Alcohol testing
