Physiotherapist assesments are able to determine pre-existing injuries that could negatively affect job performance. 
For example, a potential employee may have seriously injured their knee in a snowboarding accident the year before and perhaps the knee did not heal as well as it could have.  A full body physiotherapist assesment would be able to discover this injury, and determine whether or not it is at a high probability or risk to be re-injured.  The patient does not even have to disclose prior injuries for this to be determined!
