Are you Experiencing Trouble Receiving SureHire?

Email Notifications?

SureHire uses a dedicated email service to deliver all of our notification emails.  Depending upon your computer or server filters you may experience difficulty receiving these emails.  Some filters do not recognize that the notification being sent out is at your request and does not allow it come to your inbox.

 

If you are experiencing this situation, please contact your IT department to have them implement the following change:

 

The email notification that SureHire is sending must be ‘whitelisted’.  This can be done by either ‘whitelisting’ the email address or IP Address from which it is being sent.

IP Address:73.193.132.217

 

To ‘whitelist’ an email address in Microsoft Outlook:

  • On the Tools menu, click Options
  • On the Preferences tab, click Junk E-mail
  • On the Safe Senders tab, click Add
  • Add noreply@surehire.ca where it says "Add address"
  • Click OK
