SureHire's 24 Hour Call-Out Program

Purpose of Calling the 24 Hour Emergency Phone Number :

 

  • To schedule and administer an afterhours drug &/or alcohol test across Canada
    (completed the same day as the  call)
  • Typical reasons for testing: post incident, reasonable cause

 

Definition of an Afterhours Test:

 

  • Monday to Thursday 5:00 pm to 8:00 am
  • Friday 5:00 pm to Monday 8:00 am

 

Required Information When you Call:

 

  • Confirmation that the person calling is a company employee that has permission to schedule an afterhours test
  • Donor First and Last Name
  • Reason for Test
  • Company rep contact number and requested testing location
  • The person booking the appointment will be informed that donors must be accomanied by a supervisor for all after hours testing.  In the event that a supervisor is unavailable, SureHire will dispatch two testers at a cost to the company.  The supervisors name must be provided at the time of booking.
  • Both the donor and supervisor must provide government issued photo identification at the time of testing

 

Afterhours Test Result Process:

 

  • Company rep must provide the verbal password in order to receive after hours test results
  • Results will NOT be released without the correct verbal password
  • If you do not know your verbal password contact your account rep at 1-866-944-4473 Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm MST

 

When Should you NOT Call the 24 Hour Emergency Phone Number:

 

  • To determine  the status of a previous SureHire test
  • To check when an upcoming regular business hour appointment is scheduled for
  • To get directions to a testing facility for a regular business hour scheduled test
  • Inquire about occupational testing procedures, policies, cutoff levels...
  • Information as to how to cheat a drug test and where to purchase adulteration kits
  • And NO, you will not test positive if your "roommate" smokes marijuana
