• SureHire offers real-time online booking 24/7 at any SureHire power centre
  
  
• Live Chat is available to our booking agents through www.surehire.ca from 6am-6pm MST

• Email notifications are available for booked appointments, cancelled appointments and no-showed appointments
  
  
• Text message notifications are available for both employees and companies for booked appointments or results
  
  
• The after-hours phone is operated by a live SureHire employee, not an answering service whenever the regular call centre is closed (evenings, weekends, holidays)
  
  
• On-line results are available within 1-2 hours of testing completion.  Secure user names and passwords are required to access results
  
  
• All SureHire databases are available via mobile devices (Blackberry, iPhone, iPad, etc.)
